We believe that many years from now, it won't matter the state of our bank account, the beautiful house we owned, or still, the fleet of cars we drove. We, at New Life believe the world will be totally different because we made an impact in the life of someone.

We all have wishes as to how we would have changed things around us. We carry along with us the problems in our daily life thinking of how we could have solved them and made a difference. But only if we had the finances and the time. None amongst us has the ability to do it alone or even the finances to make the much-needed change. But we can all make this world a better place for someone who has no any other option. New Life Mission, Kenya was founded in Nairobi in 1978. The mission has been inspired by the need of many young people and children who stand in desperate need of help.

Through our ministry work in the Kenya prisons, we stood often face to face with the question “ What can you do for me when I am released?” A rehabilitation program for Ex-prisoners began which now has changed into youth polytechnic schools. Soon we were faced with a new question by the prison social welfare “ Can you do anything for the young children whose mothers are sentenced to prison?” And the mission began a children’s home mainly for that purpose. Now, many years later, New Life Mission has grown to a Christian NGO whose aim is to give people a better start in their life. And this we do through various departments such as Samaritan Children’s Home, Maria Home, Auto Garage Training School, Mashuru Youth Polytechnic School, Social Welfare Programs and other developing programs and churches.

New Life Mission operates out from two stations, Head office at Ongata Rongai along Magadi Road, where we have a 3 acres land and Mashuru branch, with 10 acres, located 70 km east from Kajiado in Maasai land.
